10 is even, so every multiple of 10 is even too.

A quick check: The last digit is 0.

20. It is the first number in both the 10 and the 4 times tables. After it, they meet every 20: 20, 40 and 60 are all multiples of both.

200, because 10 × 20 = 200. The 50th is 500 and the 100th is 1000.

100. The biggest is 10 × 100 = 1000.
